Welcome to Diyar El Qamar
Diyar El Qamar, meaning “Homes of the Moon,” is a family-run collection of guesthouses at the entrance of Deir El Qamar. Surrounded by mountain views and the charm of one of Lebanon’s most historic villages, it’s a comfortable place to slow down, settle in, and feel at home.
The Guesthouses
Our three guesthouses are designed for simple, comfortable stays. Each has two bedrooms, a private kitchen, a living area, and space for up to four guests, with room for two additional guests upon request.
Wake up to the mountain air, spend an afternoon by the pool in summer, or simply enjoy the view from home.
Outdoor Living
There is plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors at Diyar El Qamar.
Spend summer afternoons by the shared pool, find a quiet spot overlooking the valley, or gather outside as the sun goes down.
In the evening, part of our shared courtyard becomes Sama El Deir, our café and lounge, serving drinks, light bites, and shisha. Guests also have designated private outdoor areas when they prefer a little more quiet.
